Hi! My name is Zoey van der Heijden, I’m a freelance editor based in Amsterdam. 
 

I’m a driven editor with a passion for visual storytelling. While I enjoy all departments of filmmaking, my main interest is the creative and technical aspect editing has to offer.
 

As an editor, I strive to create unique products with strong visual identities while telling the story in the best way possible. My work includes all kinds of content.
Ranging from short films and documentaries to commercials, brand videos…
Well, you name it!  
 

I love to work with all kinds of brands and companies, while working at MediaMonks I learned to edit large campaigns with fixed workflows and very tight deadlines.
And in smaller companies, I took on the whole post-production. On and offline editing, creating motion graphics, adding an extra layer with sound designing, and getting the right look with color grading. And now as a freelancer, I get to do all of those things!
